Haley did not disappoint
This long review will be well read when you receive Haley as your leasing agent. My fiance and I moved down there in July only to find apartment searching to be more stress than fun. Upon meeting Haley at Westly Shores, we were greeted with a smile and presented with an experience that we decided was worthy of our residence there. The price to sq ft and ammeneties ratio was well within our budget for two people who work hard for their paychecks. It is one of the only few affordable with a hot tub and 24/7 extensive gym accomodations. When we moved in, the guest experience did not stop. Valet trash was punctual, the pool was kept very clean and customer service still treated us with respect after receiving our commission. The neighborhood does not like to be noisy, and we were very content with people wanting to be in their own spaces. Upon our time to leave, the staff empathetically helped us with our termination process. I have no words of feedback for this property as it is run smoothly. I have words of feedback for the guests who visit. Yes, this used to be an extended stay before apartments. I believe you should disregard all 1 star reviews from disgruntled guests who were there during the changes of ownership. Changes in the structure have to be expected. I can understand this frustration. As a singular apartment renter after Mainsail, I loved my experience with the expectations given to me. Maintenance was very thorough, kind and responsive. Treat your staff appropriately with respect and they will return the same to you. Haley, Brianna and Desiree, thank you so much for helping make Tampa not just our physical home, but also ncouraging us in ways that go further than just being at a job for a paycheck. We will be back if our journeys ever bring us back to tampa.
